The arepas—plump and hearty—offer a perfect balance of savory and sweet notes that feel both comforting and fresh. From the tangy brightness of house-made ceviches and the smoky warmth of slow-cooked pork dishes to the refreshing zing of a pineapple cilantro margarita or a mint mojito, each element is carefully designed to complement one another without overwhelming.

Gluten and nut free kitchen, and the food and service are fantastic. Alex is a great server. The empanadas are amazing, get the pink sauce on the side with them. Also the arepas are bigger than we expected, but liked them very much. We came here 2 nights in a row, our kids loved it.

Incredible food. Strongly recommend the Chuzos de Panza (slow cooked pork belly), easily the best item of our entire meal. Between the two Arepas we got, I prefered the Cerda. For entrees, The skirt steak in the Bandeja Paisa was a little overcooked imo, but everything on the plate was really good. For desert, the tres leches was a but too course, the flan was much better between the two. Overall the value of the food and its presentation were both top notch, a very surprising find in a pretty unassuming location. Definitely recommended.

We had an amazing meal here last night! First of all, everything is GLUTEN FREE! My daughter recently can’t have gluten or she is in major pain. She had no reactions at all and ate so many things last night. All the empanadas are amazing. The Arepas are so full of flavor and well balanced between salty and sweet. My other daughter had a small flank steak and all of the components balanced the plate so well. Their red sangria has a hint of cinnamon which was delightful. Truly a gem! Don’t miss this place when visiting, and if you are a local, make it part of your rotation. Alex is wonderful!

The arepas are out of this world. The drinks are made perfectly. My sister had the best Sangria she has ever had. The only thing better than the food is the staff and how attentive and genuinely friendly they are. Reminds me a lot of the friendliness and service you would get back home in Colombia.

This was literally the best food I’ve had in years. Packed with bright flavors and thoughtful combinations. Also, very affordable and amazing value for what you get. Our server was so kind. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

The best food!! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Such a warm, easy atmosphere with great service. This place is an instant favorite and I can’t wait to be back.

I really enjoyed this place, the food is prepared very well here. I recommend trying the yucca/cassava fries (life changing). This isn’t an authentic Colombian restaurant it’s a mix of Colombian & Louisiana Creole. If you’re feeling exotic or want to get a taste of a different culture, I would point you in their direction. I will be going back, as I am very interested in trying out other menu items.

Amazing find in New Orleans! Stumbled upon this gem by pure chance. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported to this chill South American vibe with really tasteful decor. Alexander greeted us - super nice young guy who recommended the daily special! Two stuffed arepas served over a bed of lightly spiced sweet potato puree. The corn masa was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The generous filling with melted cheese and shredded meat had incredible texture and authentic flavors that just hit different. The sweet and savory sesame seasoning with a subtle kick was absolutely mind-blowing. The combo of the sweet potato’s smoothness with the hearty arepas was pure perfection. Highly recommend this spot! Five stars - definitely coming back soon!
